These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 07jl ("07jl", "we", "us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the 07jl Casino website located at https://07jl.vip and all associated services, games, and features. 4Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money games and services on 07jl, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Mandatory Verification. 07jl is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity, age, and residency of all players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is non-negotiable.

5.2 Required Documents. At any time, and particularly before the first withdrawal, 07jl may request one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits.

5.3 Documents submitted for KYC purposes must be clear, unaltered, and in the name of the account holder. Submission of forged, doctored, or third-party identity documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 07jl is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We may request additional information about the source of funds deposited into your account. Deposits that cannot be adequately verified may be held or returned at 07jl's discretion.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 From time to time, 07jl offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.5 07jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the modification.

8Game Rules & Fairness

11Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 07jl platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, user interface elements, and the arrangement and compilation of such content — is the intellectual property of 07jl or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 07jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

11.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 07jl may be used by us without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.

12Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 07jl and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12.2 07jl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12.3 07jl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses. Planned and unplanned downtime may occur and 07jl will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

12.4 Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that your participation in gaming activities on 07jl may result in the loss of money and that 07jl is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the platform.

13Termination

13.1 07jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines at its sole discretion that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

13.2 Upon termination of an account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and anti-money laundering checks.

15Amendments to These Terms

15.1 07jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at https://07jl.vip/terms-conditions and will be identified by its effective date.

15.2 Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a notice posted prominently on the 07jl platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

15.3 Your continued use of the 07jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
